Notification of Corporate Income Tax Rule Making Decisions

The North Carolina Department of Revenue is required to notify individuals, businesses or other interested parties when a new rule is under consideration regarding the adjustment of net income or the combination of income tax returns for corporations.
According to Session Law 2012-43, notification will be made when a rule is submitted to the Office of Administrative Hearings and when it is adopted.
Interested individuals should sign up for notification by providing their e-mail address (preferred) or USPS mailing address to email@example.com or calling 919.733.4629.
