Comment Period and Public Hearing for Proposed Rules

The North Carolina Department of Revenue, as required by G.S. 105-262.1, has submitted proposed rules regarding the adjustment of net income or the combination of income tax returns for corporations to the Office of Administrative Hearings.
Individuals, businesses, or interested parties who wish to make public comment may view the rules on the OAH Rules Division website under official notices and postings.
Any comments should be directed to the department by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, faxing 919-715-8113.or calling 919-733-4629. The comment period runs from October 30 to November 28, 2012.
A public hearing will also be held at the Department of Revenue building, 501 N. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC, 27604 on November 28, 2012, at 1 p.m., in room 135.
