Wake County Man Guilty of State Tax Charges

RALEIGH – A Wake County resident pleaded guilty recently to charges filed by the North Carolina Department of Revenue.
Mark A. Wilson of 808 Palmetto Drive, Cary pleaded guilty on April 24, 2008 to failure to file and pay the state income tax and the sales tax. Wilson is the owner of Boosnap Computer Services.
Wilson received a 45-day suspended sentence and was place on supervised probation for two years. He must also pay $6937.92 in restitution.
The charges against Wilson are the result of efforts by the Department’s Raleigh Collections Office.
