Wake County Resident Guilty of State Tax ChargesDate: March 11, 2009 A Wake County businessman pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges filed by the North Carolina Department of Revenue. Gyoung G. Lee of 10001 Ponder Lane, Apt. #106, Raleigh pleaded guilty on March 10, 2009 to one count of failure to file and pay the state withholding tax. Lee is the owner of J&K Construction Company Inc. Lee was issued a 45-day suspended sentence and was placed on 60 months of supervised probation. Lee must also pay $10,294.87 in restitution and court costs. The charges against Lee are the result of efforts by the Department’s Raleigh Collections Office.### P.O.
