Iredell County Resident Guilty of State Tax Charges

RALEIGH – An Iredell County resident pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges filed by the
North Carolina Department of Revenue.
Deborah Perry, 52, of 111 Rolling Stone Court, Mooresville pleaded guilty on Aug. 12, 2003
to one count of failure to pay state individual income taxes.
Judge Dale Graham issued Perry a 30-day suspended sentence and placed her on unsupervised
probation for two years. Perry was also ordered to pay restitution of $738.36 to the Department
of Revenue by Oct. 13, 2003 and to pay $110 in court costs.
The charges against Perry are the result of efforts by the Department of Revenue Statesville
Office.
