Option to File Withholding Information on CD-ROM
Date: December 13, 2010
The North Carolina Department of Revenue announces that withholding information can be submitted by any employer with the capability to create CD-ROMs.
The department encourages employers to use this submission option to help reduce errors, volume and cost associated with paper forms. Employers with 250 or more employees already submit withholding information this way and should continue to file as they currently do.
