Streamlined Letters of Recertification

Pursuant to the requirement of Section 803 of the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement, each member state shall annually re-certify that such state is in compliance with the Agreement. Each member state shall make a re-certification to the governing board on or before August 1 of each year after the year of the state's entry.
